Violation of Model Code of Conduct, Case filed against BJP Leaders

Bantwal: A case has been filed against BJP Leaders for violating the Model Code of Conduct in the Bantwal Town Police station here on April 22.

On April 20, a BJP party workers convention was held in Harsha Kala Mandir, B C Road.

At the convention MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Capt Ganesh Karnik and Harikrishna Bantwal violated the model code of conduct by criticizing Ramanath Rai.

The Election Returning officer who was present at the convention filed a complaint in the Bantwal Town Police station.

Based on the complaint by the Returning officer the Bantwal police have registered a case against MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Capt Ganesh Karnik and Harikrishna Bantwal.
