Woman dies after falling off moving bus
Kundapur: A woman died after sustaining severe injuries after she fell down from a moving bus near Halady, Shankernaryana here on March 4.
The deceased has been identified as Saroja (42), a resident of Haikady, Kundapur Taluk.
Saroja was taking her son Mohit who was sick to the doctor. They boarded a private bus to Halady. Mohit managed to get a seat while Saroja was standing near the front door of the bus. She suddenly fell off the moving bus as the bus moved over a pothole. Saroja sustained severe injuries and died on the spot.
Saroja was the wife of Nagaraj Damle a resident of Haikady
A case has been registered in the Shankernaryana Police Station.
