Through group activities and discussions he triggered the imagination of students to be open to dialogue in problem solving. Mrs Aruna Menezes , conducted the session on Levels of leadership and focused on the humane aspect of leadership in order to have an impact on society. She explained the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey. She brought to their notice the fact that the way we see the world is entirely based on our own perceptions. In order to change a given situation, we must change ourselves, and in order to change ourselves, we must be able to change our perceptions.
The Program ended with the distribution of certificates to the participants. The students expressed their overwhelming appreciation for this unique programme.
