Yenepoya Pharmacy College & Research Centre Celebrates 2nd Graduation Ceremony and Alumni Meet – 2023
Mangalore: YENEPOYA PHARMACY COLLEGE & RESEARCH CENTRE proudly announces the successful completion of its 2nd Graduation Day Ceremony and Alumni Meet, held at Yendurance Zone, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) on October 31, 2023.
The event was a grand success marked by the presence of distinguished speakers and guests who added lustre to this momentous occasion. The ceremony began with a warm Welcome Address delivered by Dr Rokeya Sultana, the Vice Principal of YPCRC. The Graduation Address was presented by the esteemed Chief Guest, Dr T M Pramod Kumar, Principal & Dean of JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru.
During the ceremony, all the graduates of the B.Pharm 2019 batch & D.Pharm 2020 batch were conferred with their original degrees and outstanding students of both batches were acknowledged for their remarkable achievements. Ms Rameeza was honoured with the presentation of Gold Medals in the B.Pharm program, while Ms Nisma received the prestigious Academic Excellence Award in the D.Pharm program.
In recognition of their significant contributions and accomplishments, the event also included the presentation of Distinguished Alumni Awards. Mr Mohammed Adhil C (2017 B.Pharm batch) and Mr Mohammed Safwan (2018 B.Pharm batch) were honoured with the Distinguished Alumni Award for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the field of pharmacy. This recognition serves as a testament to the excellence and dedication of our alumni.
Guest of Honour, Mr Harish K Jain, Director of Embiotic Laboratories, Bengaluru, delivered an inspiring address to the attendees, sharing his valuable insights and experiences in the pharmaceutical industry.
The event’s Presidential Address was given by Dr Mohammed Gulzar Ahmed, Principal and Dean of YPCRC, who offered words of encouragement and wisdom to the graduating students. The closing remarks were delivered by Dr Mohammed Asif Iqbal, Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, who concluded the ceremony on a high note, emphasising the importance of education and the bright future that awaits the graduates.
