Many were the occasions when we had to regretfully refer our own clients to other places due to our full capacity being reached, especially during vacations or wedding seasons. Our sheets, time and again, requested as to come up with another venture in the city that accommodated more people in peak booking seasons so that they need not be deprived of the trademark hospitality and ambiance of The Ocean Pearl hotels”.

When a journo asked about how come hotel Ocean Pearl does not carry a 5 or 4 star brand, for which Girish clarified saying, “Having a 5 or 4 star doesn’t serve customer satisfaction- the only reason Ocean Pearl corporate doesn’t care about looking for a 5 or 4 star standard is only for the fact when we switch to Star standard, then our customer have to shell out more money on taxes, and we don’t want to follow the rules and regulations once you get hooked on tom Star category. We are happy and our customers are happy as what we are now, without a 3 or 4 or 5 star- we are satisfied when our clients are satisfied, without a STAR. And our founder and Managing Director Roshan Banan who build this hotel industry from a small scale to a mega-franchise wanted to give back to his hometown Mangaluru, in the form of hotel industry so that many could get jobs and boost the economy in our hometown, Kudla”.

The Ocean Pearl Inn welcomes you to ‘Asia House’, the city’s first fine dine Pan Asian restaurant featuring Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Indian foods. This new hotel has a state-of-the-art conference that can accommodates 100 plus people. Sagar Ratna , the vegetarian restaurant welcomes with its signature vegetarian cuisine.
