Youth commits suicide, Claims Terror Organization Threat in Death Note
Kundapur: In a shocking incident, a youth committed suicide in Markodu near Koteshwar on Monday evening with the death note claiming that a terrorist Organisation was responsible for his death.
The deceased has been identified as Vivek Mogaveera (23), Son of Rudrayya and Kaveri Mogaveera residents of Markodu near Koteshwar of Kundapur Taluk.
According to the police Vivek was working at the Reliance Foundation in Bengaluru. On Monday evening at 4:00 pm he told his mother that he has to go to Bangalore urgently so would take some rest in his room. He went to his room and bolted the door from inside. In the evening when his mother Kaveri knocked the door several times there was no response. Sensing something might be wrong, the family members broke the door and entered inside. They found Vivek hanging to the ceiling in the room. The family members then alerted the police. The Kundapur Police arrived to the spot and collected the death note from the room.
In a death note, Vivek has claimed, “Terrorist organization is mainly responsible for my death. There is threat from a terrorist organization to me and my family. Two years ago accidentally, I came in contact with the terror organization. Later when I started to collect information about the organization, they started to give me life threats after which I was mentally disturbed. To free myself from depression I have decided to commit suicide”.
He has also requested the family members not to bury his body and appealed to donate his Body to the medical college. He also demanded to the take action against terrorist activities in the State as well as the Country.
The Kundapur police have registered the case and investigation is on.
